Modern complex - Towarowa 22 in Warsaw
Towarowa 22 is a modern complex being developed in Warsaw on a 6.5-ha site of a former printing house, combining office, residential and service functions. The investment focuses on creating a friendly urban space where history blends harmoniously with modernity.
To ensure the construction work runs smoothly, support with specialist equipment is essential. Ramirent is supplying 12 heaters, including three 81 kW heaters and nine 47 kW heaters, as well as 11 extension cords and two lifts. As a result, the work can be carried out efficiently and without disruption, regardless of weather conditions or logistical challenges.
The Towarowa 22 project began in 2021 and is scheduled for completion in 2028, with the first phase, comprising 32,000 m² of office space, due for completion in spring 2025.
In the event of an equipment failure, the technical team is ready to respond immediately, providing rapid replacement of equipment and continuous availability on call from the construction site to enable work to continue smoothly.
